As usual, Sandra Carlson was the ultimate professional. The only problems we had were with the buyer's lender, and Sandra quickly recognized our frustration and handled the situation. We were updated often, and appreciate the attention we received.

Sandra made the experience of selling the house easy. She new how to resolve any questions and concerns. If we didn't have the resources we needed to get the jobs around the house completed she made the connections so the job got done in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the buyer. She was very prepared from our first meeting forward. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO IS SELLING A HOME. I WILL USE HER AGAIN IF I NEED A REALTOR.

We have bought or sold a house 9 times over the past 22 years and although only 1 was a bad experience there are always issues, complications and last minute items that need to be resolved and some agents have been better than others. This time we worked with Sandra Carlson and I have to say this was the best experience and smoothest transaction ever. Not only did Sandra get our house photographed and on the market in under 48 hours when I got an unexpected short notice job move but she helped us get contractors to deal with minor repairs, lawn cutting and house cleaning as well as dealing with a lot of minor access requirements after we had moved out. I would recommend her to anyone. She was professional and went out of her way to make our sale and move go without a hitch. Thank you.
