We have bought or sold a house 9 times over the past 22 years and although only 1 was a bad experience there are always issues, complications and last minute items that need to be resolved and some agents have been better than others. This time we worked with Sandra Carlson and I have to say this was the best experience and smoothest transaction ever. Not only did Sandra get our house photographed and on the market in under 48 hours when I got an unexpected short notice job move but she helped us get contractors to deal with minor repairs, lawn cutting and house cleaning as well as dealing with a lot of minor access requirements after we had moved out.
